Pilates develops muscular strength and stamina from the core outwards. Developing flexibility and improving joint mobility and stabilisation.
All abilities welcome, adaptations given and individuals supported and encouraged.
Wear supportive and comfortable clothing.
Bring your own mat for personal comfort or use one of the mats provided.
NO NEED TO GET UP AND DOWN OFF THE MAT!
Develop strength and mobility for improved movement and posture.
Boost circulation and maintain balance and flexibility whilst supported on your chair.
